The terms we, us, and our refer to Dudhwa National Park Tours. The term you refers to the customer using the website or booking services through our site or customer service agents.

SERVICE TERMS
Services provided by Dudhwa National Park Tours are available to customers who have first read and accepted these Terms and Conditions unconditionally. You must click on the acceptance box to proceed with a booking. Once Dudhwa National Park Tours sends written confirmation of a booking, an agreement is in place.
Please save and/or print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference when making bookings.
PAYMENTS
To confirm a booking, a 50% to 70% advance payment is required. The remaining balance should be paid at least 7 days before the scheduled date of departure. During peak seasons (Christmas, New Year), full payment may be required in advance.
RESERVATION NAME
Reservations must be made under the guest’s legal name as shown on a government-issued ID. Name changes are generally not permitted, and a valid ID matching the reservation name must be presented upon check-in. Mismatched names may require a new reservation.
BOOKING CONFIRMATIONS
A booking confirmation, including details of services and prices, will be emailed to you. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Cancellations and amendments must be made directly with Dudhwa National Park Tours.

CANCELLATION BY DUDHWA NATIONAL PARK TOURS
We reserve the right to cancel tours if there are insufficient participants or due to unforeseeable factors affecting tour safety (e.g., acts of nature, strikes, or government orders). In such cases, alternative tours will be offered, or a full refund will be provided based on partner policies.
PASSENGER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a booking, you must notify us in writing. The cancellation date is determined by the date we receive the written notice. Due to administrative costs and service fees, cancellation charges will apply as outlined above.
LIABILITY
Dudhwa National Park Tours is not liable for services not owned or directly controlled, including hotels, taxis, or other facilities. We cannot accept liability in situations beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Circumstances attributable to a third party
- Unforeseeable events or natural disasters
- Industrial disputes or terrorist activities
- Government actions or extreme weather
While we aim to provide high-quality services, we rely on third-party providers for many accommodations and transport services.
COMPLAINTS
We aim for a positive experience on all tours, but if issues arise, please notify your tour manager immediately. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a formal complaint within 28 days of tour completion. Please address all complaints in writing.
PASSPORT & VISA REQUIREMENTS
Non-Indian nationals (except Nepal and Bhutan citizens) require a valid passport and visa to enter India. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Standard hotel check-in/check-out times apply (usually 12:00 PM). Early check-in or late check-out requests can be made but are subject to hotel policy and availability.
ITINERARY AMENDMENTS
Dudhwa National Park Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary in circumstances beyond our control to ensure the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
SURCHARGES
Prices are subject to surcharges due to factors such as fuel price hikes or government tax changes. In such cases, we will absorb the first 2%, with additional costs passed on as surcharges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dudhwa National Park Tours accepts responsibility only for arrangements fully within our control. We are not liable for injury, sickness, accidents, loss, delay, or theft, nor for situations caused by third parties, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
