Our cancellation and refund policy ensures transparency and convenience for our customers. This policy is provided on our website, and customers must agree to the terms by clicking “Accept” or “Agree” on the return and cancellation button before completing payment. After the order is submitted, the policy details will also be sent with the order confirmation email.

- Cancellations are accepted only if the request follows the terms specified in our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed once orders are communicated to vendors or merchants, and shipping has been initiated.

REFUND POLICY
If you wish to cancel your trip, please email us, and we will process your refund according to the cancellation policy. Refunds will be settled within 15 working days.
